Opening in Spring of 2018 All-Wise Meadery is a new concept experience in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in the William Vale hotel. All-Wise, an all-local meadery, offers its own meads brewed on-site along with other meads from mazers around the United States in our bar portion.

Mead is the oldest alcoholic beverage in the world, produced in ancient history throughout Europe, Africa and Asia. The drink is deceptively easy to brew, requiring  only water, yeast, and honey to obtain the simplest form of the drink. However, by adding spices, teas, and fruits the expansion and profile of mead can lead to great complexity.

The last three years have been crucial in the development of Yourszlf from creating the entirety of his first 2 projects to refining them the years following. Now the first of the projects, "Rough Tape" is finally forth coming.  After hours of working together gathering images, tweaking mixes and evolving creatively and getting even rougher and more raw. 

The sound is meditative lo-fi r&b and hip-hop. Something strange, edgy, contradictory and almost almost ready for you. Coming Q1 2018
